How about advertising the web-site in the newsletters of the various yacht clubs in Halifax Harbour?

I notice that lots of people lurk or read but not many post. Lots of people talk to me about the posts as well, although they don't post themselves. I think there are a lot of nervous virgins out there - they want to but they are afraid it'll hurt. Just jump on in - the water is fine.
I chalk it up to that natural Nova Scotian reticence about speaking in public. I think some people may be shy out of fear of embarrassing themselves. They shouldn't be - there is nothing embarrassing that is going to happen in here compared to how we can embarrass ourselves on the water. Just visit the sail anarchy site. There are some real idiots not afraid to show the world their short comings on that site. Just keep encouraging people to whip it on the site. Posts will come.

Yes Brian: Remember the story I told you about the guy hanging on to the transom of his boat while sailing through the mooring field after attempting a downwind docking on the Glenmore Resevoir?

I just completed an article for the upcoming edition of Atlantic Boating News and made reference to this site. Hopefully that will help.

I do remember and it was a hoot, you should share it here and see what kind of a response it gets. You might even start a trend.
